I am delighted to offer the newly released Pol Roger Vintage 2019, a Champagne that beautifully captures both the generosity and precision of this increasingly celebrated vintage.
Pol Roger remains one of Champagne’s great family-owned houses, admired for wines that favour restraint, elegance and longevity over overt richness. The 2019 is a particularly fine example of that house character: generous without excess, layered yet precise and already immensely appealing despite its obvious capacity to develop further in bottle.

Blending pinot noir and chardonnay in Pol’s classic style, the wine opens gradually with notes of white peach, fresh pastry, citrus and subtle exotic fruit. The palate is broad yet finely structured, combining creamy depth with the vibrant acidity and tension that give the best young Champagne such energy and ageing potential.
