A benchmark red vermouth made by Dolin to an 1820s' recipe. Using more than 35 herbs, roots and spices, this is off-dry but not too sweet, with plenty of sarsaparilla, citrus-peel, clove and cinnamon flavours. Perfect in a Manhattan or Negroni.
