La Calcinara’s Il Cacciatore di Sogni, meaning 'The Dream Hunter', is a Rosso Conero of depth and clarity, shaped by ageing in concrete to preserve the purity of the fruit. The nose is dense and inviting, with ripe blueberry and dark cherry. On the palate, sweet red fruit unfolds into notes of liquorice and leather, carried by juicy, vibrant acidity and a long, savoury finish.
