Good value, sweetly perfumed, crunchy fresh-fruit character from the youngest (and least known) cru in Beaujolais, whose wines are said to be somewhere between Morgon and Brouilly in style. A surprisingly good foil for mildly spiced squash or pumpkin, katsu style.
