Half Bottle of Château d'Yquem, Sauternes 2020
White Wine from France - Bordeaux
Beautifully harmonious with nuanced, medium-weight fruit and fine balance. With sugar levels marginally lower than in the last two vintages, the wine has a gorgeous nose of apple blossom and honeysuckle, with notes of acacia, caramelised citrus fruits and a hint of honey. An ethereal, elegant Yquem that will deliver a huge amount of pleasure throughout its long life. It is a blend of 75% semillon and 25% sauvignon with residual sugar 135 g/l.
