Ch d Yquem Sauternes 2019 Halves
White Wine from France - Bordeaux
The 2019 Yquem is exceptionally fine, with exquisite balance. A blend of 55% sémillon and 45% sauvignon blanc, this is luscious and ripe, yet with real finesse, with notes of apple tarte Tatin and almonds, and a citrus twist on the finish. Despite the ripeness of the grapes at harvest, the wine has maintained admirable balance and freshness on the palate. A wonderful addition to any serious Sauternes lover’s cellar. 2025 to 2045 14.5%
