Wente Vineyards Morning Fog Chardonnay 2023

The Wente family were the first to produce a varietally labelled chardonnay in California. They are such pioneers for this grape in particular that a popular clone of chardonnay bears their name. With peach and ripe yellow-apple notes, and a touch of sweet vanilla oak, this soft and gentle chardonnay has good freshness on the finish thanks to the cooling morning fogs.
