Reflecting production, the lion’s share of our award-winning Alsace range is white. Unlike other French appellations that prioritise place, Alsace wines are grape-led, and the best port of entry is the Edelzwicker, or blend of the noble varieties. Pinot blanc and sylvaner also make effortless drinking, while dry muscat and fresh asparagus are a revelation. Nearby Moselle is a delicious curiosity.
