Benoît is a relative newcomer having divided his family vineyards with his brother to establish his domaine in 2019 and has since established a reputation as an innovative and assiduous grower and winemaker. This white Burgundy comes from two parcels of vines, one on clay that provides power and richness and another on limestone which contributes freshness and minerality. The resulting wine is very satisfying, possessing poise and balance.

From a parcel of 40-50-year-old vines towards Criots with small berries giving a richly textured wine. It offers an ample, generous flavour, and a creamy texture. Drink from 2027 to 2030. 13.1%

Lovely floral-scented red Burgundy derived partially from the 50% whole bunch fermentation. The palate has a sensual texture from ripe fruit and high-quality tannins. Drink from 2027 to 2032. 13.1%

A white Burgundy made from from eight different parcels and was racked just before harvest. Balanced Chassagne, with an attractive tension, combining ripe fruit, minerality and a hint of oak. Drink from 2027 to 2030. 13.1%
