This is a structured Bonnes Mares, closed at present, dense and concentrated. Big and monolithic at present, it needs time to shed its tannins and then it will blossom. Roumier have about 55% terres blanches (a more limestone-dominant soil) and 45% terres rouges (where there is more clay). 75% whole-bunch fermentation. Drink from 2032 to 2040.

Harvested from about ten different plots. Pretty red and black fruit on the palate, and a sensual texture that is very appealing. 50% whole-bunch fermentation. Drink from 2028 to 2036. 13%
